Delivery
Delivery charges are dependent on the weight of the package and the delivery type. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We are unable to offer timed or weekend deliveries.
Royal Mail do not guarantee Saturday deliveries.
In the event that the piece you ordered is unavailable, we will back-order. Please e-mail us immidiatly if you are not willing to wait, so we can cancel your order. Please note that we can only order certain value items of hair material for clients. Orders can take upto 6 weeks to fulfil, this is because some items could have to be made specially for you.
Returns Policy
Owing to the personal nature of wigs and hairpieces and for hygienic reasons we are unable to exchange or refund payment on wigs or hairpieces that have been tried-on, worn, cut, brushed or restyled, altered.
Any item returned with an unpleasant odour (for example: tobacco or perfume) will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Hairpieces that have been attached to the hair in any way cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Please note only one piece can be refunded per order, do not order more than 2 pieces with the intention of keeping one and returning the rest, we can only refund one piece per order, any over pieces will only be exchanged. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your good/s, as verified by the delivery date from the freight carrier.
ALL JOSIE'S HAIR PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN METICULOUSLY CHECKED FOR FLAWS AND DEFECTS IN MANUFACTURE AND MATERIALS. All our products are carefully checked and leave our premises in perfect condition. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please note that Special orders, styled, sale, special offers and hair accessories goods are not returnable or exchangeable.
In the unlikely event of you receiving faulty goods, we will take the back the piece based on the following:
1) you must bring this to our intention within 3 working business days and state the nature of the defect, by phoning or e-mailing us.
2) the wig/s or hairpiece/s must not have been worn.
3) the wig/s or hairpiece/s must bear their original tags, and
4) the item must be returned in its original packing condition.
This does not apply to special orders or styled goods. However, we will repair any manufacturing defect/s your piece might have, free of charge as long as the piece is returned to us within 3 days from receipt of your purchase.
All returns must be completed within 3 days from receipt of your purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after this period. As All order are sent on recorded or sign-in methods, delivery of the goods will be verified by the delivery date from the carriage. The following must be included with the returned item(s).
Customer Name, Address and Phone Number,
Original Invoice,
Reason for return.
It is the responsibility of the customer to meet the carriage payment on items returned.
All Orders must be cancelled via e-mail within 24 hours of order. Otherwise, a 25% fee will be charged. If your return is lost in the postal system we cannot refund or exchange until the package has been traced.
Made to Measure Orders
The quality of our hair is second to none, all of our stocked human hair are AAA grade hair. For customised make wigs/cover pieces, toupets and hairpieces, special order, you can choose from three categories: A grade, AA grade and AAA grade and in Chinese hair, Indian hair and European hair. So please state which type of hair you wish your piece to be made of when placing your order. Customer satisfaction is our objective. A wig, toupet, hairpiece and cover-piece take 4 to 6 weeks to make.
Method of Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cheques, bank transfer and Western Union. We can take payment onvia Paypal on the website, or by phone. Payment by Cheque Orders will only be shipped once the cheque payment has cleared.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock,
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment,
Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in these Conditions.
